Having bought the property in 2017 the clients of this project lived in the property for 6 months before deciding how to make the most of the space they had.
After engaging an Architect up to building regulations and ourselves quoting the project works commenced in 2019. The works consisted of a full remodel internally as well as a rear and side extension. The existing masonry was rendered and the existing roof retiled.
The works commenced with gusto making the most of the time that the client was out of the property and so we could get them back in before the Christmas break, which we were successful in doing. We are extremely happy with the project and as you can see below so are the clients.
